Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During sales or peak times, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Locations

We ship to:

  • Australia (all states)

  • New Zealand

  • India

  • United States (selected products)

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and product type.

Typical rates:

  • Australia: $6.95 – $12.95

  • International: $14.95 – $29.95

Delivery Estimates

  • Australia: 3–8 business days

  • International: 7–18 business days

Customs delays may occur for overseas orders.

Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days if:

  • Product is defective

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Wrong item received

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene & activation reasons, returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Used smart glasses

  • Activated tracker cards

  • Opened air quality sensors

  • Used power banks with signs of wear

 

Warranty Returns

All products include a 6 month warranty depending on category.

Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Charging issues

  • Battery failures

  • Electronic malfunctions

 

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Water damage

  • Misuse

  • Unauthorised repairs

 

Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Faulty or incorrect items → We cover return shipping

  • Change of mind → Customer pays return shipping
